Founder’s Rates are guaranteed for the first 12 months of membership. This membership is only valid at the location of purchase.

Automatic Renewal: By purchasing this membership, you agree to automatic renewal every 28 days.
If you wish to cancel your membership before opening, you may do so any time prior to your first billing by calling SWEAT440 customer service at 888-507-9328. Once the studio is open, you may cancel by calling SWEAT440 customer service 30 days prior to your next billing date. Failure to do so will result in the billing of the next 28-day membership cycle for which no refunds will be provided.
