SWEAT440 is a small-group training studio built on a simple promise: you’re never late. The “440” refers to 4 10-minute stations, each focused on a specific set of movements to strengthen and tone your entire body. A new class starts every 10 minutes, so you can join at any time you arrive.

Each session combines strength training, resistance work, and high-energy intervals. Certified coaches guide every step, ensuring you stay motivated, safe, and supported. Whether you’re just starting out or already active, every move can be adjusted to your level.

How Are SWEAT440 Strength Workouts Structured

You’ll rotate through four workout stations, spending 10 minutes at each. Each one targets a different area,  from pushing and pulling movements to core and lower-body work. Each station consists of three exercises, repeated three times for one minute each. This includes structured rest and transition time, totaling nine minutes. You’ll then have 1 minute to rest before moving to the next station, which lasts 10 minutes. With four stations, that’s a complete 40-minute workout. This rotation keeps the pace fast and fun while giving your body a full, balanced workout.
