Am I ready for SWEAT440?

All of our workouts can be modified for your needs. Bring your excitement  we will help you get through the rest. Just inform our team if you are injured, pregnant, or have any other special requirements. 

What should I bring?
A reusable water bottle and a will to sweat! We supply towels…as well as lockers, to accommodate our friends coming from work, carpool (etc etc) 
What should I wear?
Athletic shoes and breathable clothing that you don’t mind getting sweaty.

Do I need to book a class or can I just show up?
Since we start a new small group every 10 minutes, our class spots are first come first serve. There is no need to book a spot in advance, simply join us at the studio and our concierge will assist you. The longest wait time is typically 5-10 minutes to jump in a class.
When should I get there?
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your first Sweat440 session so we can give you a tour of our *ahem* exceptional facilities, show you our locker areas, walk you through the workout and sign you up!
What happens when I get there?
We’ll check you in at our front desk and your instructor will show you how everything works. You’ll be a pro in a matter of minutes!

What's the schedule?
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is designed to focus on each part of the body. Our schedule focuses on muscle groups. You can choose a day of the week or ideally several, depending on your workout plan. For optimal results you should attend Sweat440 sessions 3-5x a week. Our schedule can be found here>
How many calories does Sweat440 burn?
You burn roughly 400-760 calories a class – but keep in mind the Afterburn Effect. HIIT  (High Intensity Interval Training) burns calories for up to 48 hours after a workout! 
I’m pregnant, can I do Sweat440?
Please check with your doctor before participating in a Sweat440 session if pregnant. If you are given the green light by a medical professional, we encourage you to join us! Simply monitor your heart rate and only do what makes you comfortable throughout the session. We will help tailor your workout to accommodate your comfort.
What equipment do you use at Sweat440?
Each workout provides a variety of machines and equipment from resistance bands to free weights…row machines to TRX…we utilize top tier equipment sanitized and organized every day. Come see it for yourself >

How do memberships work?
At SWEAT440 memberships are month-to-month, with recurring payments, no initiation or cancellation fees! See cancellation policy for additional details, SWEAT440 offers different membership options to work for your schedule and fitness needs!.  More information on memberships here > 
What’s the cancellation policy?

There are no activation or cancellation fees attached to any of the SWEAT440 memberships.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must call SWEAT440 customer service at 888-507-9328 at least 30 days prior to your next bill date and speak to a customer representative. Failure to do so will result in the billing of the next 30 day membership cycle, for which no refunds will be provided. Emails and in-studio cancellations are NOT accepted

What are your hours?

Can I bring a friend?
Of course! Bring all of your friends…family…coworkers…anyone who wants to get fit and have fun doing so. Don’t forget to remind them their first class is FREE. They can sign up here >
Can I gift a membership?
Absolutely. We recommend calling us or coming in person so you can provide us the lucky gift recipient’s information. Find your local studio here  >
What's the #NEVERLATE Guarantee

#NEVERLATE Guarantee: A full refund is available for the first 30 days of membership when the following is met; This offer is exclusively for new members who signed up for a full-price Unlimited Monthly Membership. Even if the full-price membership is purchased but a promotional discount is applied, the guarantee is no longer valid. To be eligible for a full refund of the membership fee, the member must attend at least 12 classes within their first 30 days of membership at the location in which the membership was purchased. The member must request the refund on or before the last day (30th day) of the membership cycle. This will trigger an immediate termination of the membership. If a member cancels their membership before completing 12 classes, they are no longer eligible for a refund. Refund requests made after a cancellation has already been processed will not be honored. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
