Our Pinecrest Fitness Studio is located in US Route1, in the Colonial Palms Plaza, near the new Barnes and Noble and Miller’s Ale House.

SWEAT440 Pinecrest is an official HYROX Training Club. Our HYROX-inspired workouts fit into the same 40-minute NeverLate format, combining strength and conditioning in fast-paced, coach-led circuits. Experience our 40-minute workouts at SWEAT440 Pinecrest-Palmetto Bay with four stations built for performance and efficiency. Complete 3 rounds of 3 exercises at each station and see results that keep you coming back.

Your recurring membership will be billed the day of studio opening and renewed automatically every 28 days at the Founder’s Rate you purchased, billed with the card on file. The Founder’s Rate is guaranteed for the first 12 months of membership and is valid only at the location of purchase.

Automatic Renewal: By purchasing this membership, you agree to automatic renewal every 28 days. You may cancel at any time before your first billing by calling SWEAT440 customer service at 888-507-9328. Once the studio is open, cancellations must be made 28 days prior to your next billing date. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations. See your membership agreement for full terms and conditions.
