The classes are scheduled every 10 minutes throughout the day, ensuring you can always find a session that fits your schedule. This flexibility allows you to work out when convenient, eliminating the typical excuses that often derail fitness routines.
During the 40-minute class, you’ll go through four 10-minute workout stations, each with a different focus. This approach not only keeps things exciting but also ensures a full-body workout that targets various muscle groups and cardio fitness. SWEAT440’s expert instructors guide you through the exercises, providing instruction and motivation, ensuring you get the most out of every session.

Biography:
Cody Patrick is the CEO, co-founder, and co-owner of SWEAT440, an innovative 40-minute circuit-training workout incorporating HIIT and targeted resistance training known for its unique schedule that launches a new class every 10 minutes. Cody is a well-known South Florida wellness expert with more than 22 years of experience within the fitness industry – training some of Miami’s most prominent and influential figures. Before SWEAT440, he founded SHIFT in 2010, which encompassed a team of 25 professional trainers. He also worked for One Spa World, operating the largest spa and fitness company at sea. Patrick holds degrees in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics from the University of Wyoming and has secured certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine, Myofascial Stretch Therapy, Ki-Hara, and multiple group fitness certifications.
