What is Sweat440?
Sweat 440 is a HIIT-based Miami fitness center founded in 2017 by two athletic aficionados: Matt Miller and Cody Patrick. They both have cultivated successful careers in the fitness world, and they designed Sweat440 to be a revolution in the way that busy people fit exercise into their dense schedules.
If you find it difficult to get a decent workout in with the time you have to spare, then Sweat440 was designed specifically for you. Matt and Cody combined their ideas and expertise to craft a workout style that would deliver the benefits of a full fitness routine in a fraction of the time.
The Sweat440 regimen consists of four stations in 40 minutes, hence its name. The first 10-minute station focuses on mobility exercises and is the warm-up phase of the 440 regimen. The second and third stations are composed of cross-training supersets that challenge both strength and stamina. The final ten minutes is the toughest, combining core workouts and cardio in a hiit (high-intensity interval training) style. Hiit circuit training maximizes every rep and allows you to lock in a full-body workout no matter how maxed out your schedule may be.

Meet the men behind Sweat440
Matthew Miller founded Miller Sports Training & Fitness in 2009 with the vision of building a team of highly-qualified professional trainers that could bring their experience and expertise to his high-caliber clientele in Miami Beach.
That vision has been realized and now serves over 100 clients in all parts of Dade and Broward Counties. Matt himself has over 14 years of experience training athletes, celebrities, professional models, and general fitness enthusiasts, helping them reach and surpass their fitness goals.
Matt’s unique, holistic approach to fitness and his commanding knowledge of the human body gives him an unparalleled intuitive advantage when working with his clients.
With hard work and dedication to the craft, Matt and his team of trainers will continue to stand out as a pillar of the South Florida health and fitness community for many years to come.
Cody Patrick has been in fitness since 1999, having cultivated a successful career along with a reputation to match it. In 2010, he opened a personal training studio called SHIFT, and it has expanded to a staff of 25 trainers.
Cody holds degrees in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics, and has a number of other certifications including: American College of Sports Medicine, level 1 Myofascial Stretch Therapy, and Kihara Level 1.
Cody takes pride in his work and truly loves what he does. He has been the trainer to some of Miami’s most prominent and influential figures since he moved here in 2004. He is also an accomplished athlete, having completed the Ironman 140.2.
