Our classes start every 10 minutes. Yes, you read that correctly. We’re the only gym whose sweat fitness hours include a new class 6 times per hour. Most gyms don’t even offer one class per hour, but we rotate new members in consistently all day long. We also keep class sizes small so you have plenty of space, your own workout pod, and designated equipment at each station. Our trainers circulate through each class to offer individual instruction and help with any accommodations or alternate exercises you need. What to Expect in Our Sweat Fitness Hours

Each class at Sweat440 lasts 40 minutes. In those 40 minutes, we move you through 4 10-minute stations where you complete 3 sets of 3 different exercises. Each class uses our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) method to burn maximum calories while building muscle. Our exercises are compound cardio, so you achieve excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), as well as the maximum oxygen consumption possible while exercising (VO2 MAX). As a result, you burn calories long after you’re done.
