Our weekly schedule combines functional, resistance, and conditioning training for total-body strength and lasting results. Whether you’re new to fitness or have been training for a while, our expert coaches and encouraging community help you leave each class feeling confident and ready for more.

Our Old Bridge studio is located in the Glenwood Green shopping center on Route 9, right at the Schulmeister Road intersection — one of the busiest retail corridors in Middlesex County with over 82,000 vehicles passing daily. Anchored by ShopRite and Target, the plaza sits minutes from the Garden State Parkway and Route 18, making it easily accessible from across the township and surrounding communities including Matawan, Sayreville, and South Amboy.
