Our weekly schedule blends functional, resistance, and conditioning workouts for total strength and real results. Whether you’re a beginner or have been committed to fitness for a while, our coaches and supportive community guide you every step of the way, helping you leave each class feeling empowered and ready for anything.
Where to find SWEAT440 Coral Gables
Our Coral Gables studio is located on the ground floor retail on the LeJeune Rd side of the building, along the exterior of Merrick Manor.
Parking information
There is free street parking until 9 AM; after that, parking options include: memberships for self onsite parking ($19 per month, plus a one-time decal fee of $10), in-building valet at $8 for 3 hours, street parking at $3.90 per hour via PayByPhone, Henry and One Village Place garage at $4.85 per hour via PayByPhone (located next door), and Merrick Park Mall at $4 for the first hour.
